Following a quick false start, and the ensuing European release, US fans of the neo-classic Jordan now have cause for celebration. The new Air Jordan XX Cool Grey release date is set.

A brand new colorway of the truly singular model — currently enjoying its tenth anniversary — the latest XX boasts a buttery black leather upper, with contrast white leather on the toe and heel. Those panels are covered in a reflective finish, ensuring that the entirely monotone palette is anything but dull. Rounding out the look, of course, is the XX’s signature midfoot-strap, laser-etched with images, numbers, letters and just all manner of graphics that celebrate the rich legacy of Michael Jordan and his shoes.

But you already knew all that. So here’s the update: The Air Jordan XX Cool Grey release date is set for June 6. Nike.com will stock the shoe that day as well, beginning at 10am EDT.
